Select ‘Account Settings’ and then ‘Users’, select ‘Agents tab’. Press Edit for the Agent you want to add balance then Press Edit agent’s balance. Add balance and assign commission.
Fixed Commission – You can detail how much commission you will assign for a specific amount. For example, if the agent balance is EUR 50, you can assign a commission of EUR 1 for this agent.
Percent commission - you can detail how much commission in % you will assign. For example, if you have a total commission for all products at 4% then you can give a 2% for this Agent.
